A natural Prasiolite point, commonly known as Green Amethyst with an unusually dark natural coloration.
Vermarine, green quartz or prasiolite is a rare green form of quartz, some more common varieties include; Clear, Rose, Smoky Quartz and Citrine. Since 1950, almost all natural vermarine has come from a small Brazilian mine, but it is also seen in Lower Silesia in Poland. Natural vermarine is a very light, translucent green. Darker green quartz is generally the result of artificial treatment.

Prasiolite carries the energetic link between the heart and crown chakras, and it can be a catalyst for the identification with the spiritual Higher Self. Through purple Amethyst’s association with the crown chakra and psychic protection, combined with Prasiolite’s activation of the healing vibrations of the heart, there is the potential for a unifying experience in which one opens with full mind and heart to the experience of the Divine.
Prasiolite assists in bringing spiritual ideals into expression in everyday life. It reminds one to love and bless others, seeing through their human foibles to the Divine essence within them. It is a stone of namaste, the recognition of the Divine spark within all beings.
It helps one remain aware of this truth—a shift of focus which allows one to transcend the temptations of judgment and negativity. In essence, it facilitates one’s “ walking the talk” of spirituality. Combining Prasiolite with purple Amethyst amplifies one’s connection to the higher spiritual realms.
