This is a chunk of bright Orange Calcite from Brazil which has been Semi-Polished. So it is a rough piece of crystal with a Point cut into it & polished, but it also still has sections of rough, unpolished crystal visible.

ORANGE CALCITE is a calcium carbonate mineral with a rhombohedral crystal system and a hardness of 3. It is found in Mexico, and its color ranges from pale to vivid orange, with some white inclusions.
